14-day refund

If Dictro isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You don't need to give a reason — just email us and we'll refund you in full.

How your payment is processed

Payments for Dictro are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 14 days.

How to request a refund

Email help@dictro.com within 14 days of your purchase and include the email address on your account. We'll take care of the rest.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops all future charges; your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. If you'd like a refund on a recent charge, the 14-day refund above applies.
